Getting Grout into a Wall
Getting grout into a wall often seems to be difficult for masons. But over the past 30 years or so, pumps have come into common use, making grouting of reinforced masonry walls much less burdensome.

Coordinating a High-Lift Grouting Job
In high-lift grouting, the wall is laid up a full story and all reinforcing steel is installed before any grout is placed. Grout generally is delivered to the site in ready-mix trucks or produced onsite in silo mixers.

Surface Grouting to Repair Mortar Joints
When joints are weathered but not badly deteriorated, surface grouting can stop leaks more economically than repointing.
