An improver is an experienced bricklayer who has completed their apprenticeship and has acquired a certain level of proficiency in the trade. With a solid foundation in bricklaying skills, they can work independently on a wide range of projects. Improvers may earn higher wages that reflect their skill and experience, and may take on leadership roles within a crew. From there, they can pursue advanced training or certifications to further their career.
